SUNLU High Toughness Resin is a UV-curable resin designed for 3D printing durable and functional parts. The material combines high mechanical strength, low shrinkage, and stable printing with excellent surface quality. It cures quickly, produces minimal odor, and is suitable for use in enclosed environments.
Applications
Ideal for printing functional prototypes, technical components, enclosures, figures, and other parts that require a combination of strength, flexibility, and precision. Due to its impact resistance and ease of use, it is a great all-round choice for both MSLA and LCD 3D printers.

- Light wavelength: 405 nm
- Layer thickness: 0.03–0.05 mm
- Layer exposure time:
- LCD (non-monochrome screens): 6–10 s
- MSLA (monochrome screens): 1.5–4 s
- Bottom exposure: 20–60 s
- Light-off delay: 0,5–1 s
- Lifting height: 5-8mm
- Lifting speed: 60–120 mm/min
- Lowering speed: 150–200 mm/min
- Optimal printing temperature: 25–30 °C
- Post-curing: 3–5 minutes UV curing for maximum strength
