By registering, the customer receives a user account with access to their orders and data.
The provider operates in accordance with Slovenian and EU consumer protection legislation.
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The provider strives to keep product information accurate and up to date. However, product features, delivery times or prices may change. In such cases, the customer will be informed and given the option to cancel or amend the order.
Ordering is possible 24/7. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation with a summary of selected items/services. The contract is concluded once the order is approved by the provider.
Custom orders
Customers can upload 3D models via a special plugin. The system automatically calculates the price and adds the model to the cart. Such orders are considered binding.
The customer is responsible for having the right to use the uploaded model and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
Orders via email
If an order is placed via email, the contract is concluded upon written confirmation by the provider.
Such orders are equally binding as those placed via the online store.

For custom orders, the provider may require an advance payment.
VAT for companies and individuals
If ordering as a legal entity – VAT registered, the customer must provide a valid VAT ID number during checkout.
For all orders within Slovenia, VAT is charged according to legislation.
For companies based in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID, invoices are issued without VAT (reverse charge).
For companies without a valid VAT ID or private individuals abroad, VAT is charged.
Non-VAT registered companies may order without providing a VAT ID – in such cases VAT is charged like for private individuals.
Once the total cross-border sales to private individuals in the EU exceed 10,000 €, the provider will begin charging VAT according to the applicable rate of the customer’s country of delivery (OSS scheme).
Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. The provider must be notified in writing by email. Goods must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order (e.g., custom 3D prints) or completed modeling services.
The customer must notify the provider of any defect within two months of discovery. The provider is not liable for defects reported more than two years after delivery.

Special conditions for 3D printed products
Complaints for 3D printed items are not possible for minor visual imperfections (e.g., visible layer lines, small surface irregularities, color deviations) which are inherent to 3D printing technology and do not affect the product’s functionality.
The customer is entitled to a refund only if it can be proven that the product is non-functional due to a manufacturing error caused by the provider.
Dimensional deviations within the normal tolerances of 3D printing are not considered a defect and cannot be claimed.
The provider protects personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Data is used solely for order fulfillment, customer communication, and lawful purposes.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
The provider does not offer 3D printing of weapons, weapon parts, ammunition, or any items whose production, possession, or use is prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.
The provider also does not accept orders for items that could in any way endanger safety or cause harm to third parties.
In such cases, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order, and the customer will receive a full refund.
All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is owned by the provider and may not be used without written permission.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded models do not infringe third-party copyrights. The provider assumes no liability for such infringements.
