If you’re having issues with uploading your model, please review the following information.

Drugi formati (na primer 3MF) trenutno niso podprti v spletnem vtičniku.
Uploading files larger than 110 MB is not possible. Very large 3D models usually contain too many polygons, which can cause upload errors and do not improve print quality. For the best performance and print quality, we recommend keeping your models under 50 MB.
If necessary, reduce the number of polygons, but make sure the model isn’t oversimplified, as edges may become visible on curved surfaces.
Try refreshing the page — this clears the previously uploaded model from memory and restarts the upload process. Refreshing also helps if the price calculation seems inconsistent or if older models keep showing up in the viewer.
The plugin currently does not support uploading 3MF multicolor files. If you’d like to print a multicolor model, please send us your 3MF file by email, and we will prepare a quote.
You can also use an online converter to convert your 3MF file to STL or OBJ and then select the “Multicolor / Price Request” option in the plugin. This request serves only as a price estimate — please still send us the original 3MF file by email for an accurate quote.
If the upload still doesn’t work, please contact us by email — you can also attach your 3D models, and we’ll prepare a quote for you.
