Description
PE Masterbatch is a polyethylene-based color additive in granule form, designed for extrusion and injection molding of plastic materials. It is used to color, enhance the appearance, and improve the properties of various polymers such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and other thermoplastics. The masterbatch has been successfully tested with PLA4043D, PLA3D870, PETG, and ABS materials.
The minimum extrusion temperature for filament production is 190 °C, while the recommended printing temperature is 210 °C or higher (depending on the polymer used). A 1–3% dosage relative to the base material is recommended.
One unit of the product represents 100 g of granules. When ordering multiple units, the total amount will be combined (e.g. 3 × 100 g = 300 g).
